Afatinib Xovoltib 30 mg Tablets Uses:

Xovoltib is used to treat non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is metastatic (spread to other parts of your body besides your lungs), and has abnormal epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor genes. These abnormal genes promote the growth of cancer cells.

Afatinib Xovoltib 30 mg Tablets SIDE EFFECTS:

Mouth sores, diarrhea, pain/redness/swelling of lips, dry/itchy skin, acne, nose bleed, runny nose, nausea/vomiting, or loss of appetite may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.

Tell your doctor right away if you have any serious side effects, including: signs of eye disease (such as vision changes, eye redness/pain, light sensitivity, eye discharge), signs of low level of potassium in the blood (such as muscle cramps, weakness, irregular heartbeat), signs of bladder infection (such as burning/pain when you urinate, urgent or frequent urination, fever), signs of skin infection around nails/toenails (such as skin irritation/redness around the nail, change in nail color), symptoms of lung problems (such as trouble breathing, chest pain), symptoms of heart failure (such as swelling ankles/feet, unusual tiredness).

Afatinib Xovoltib 30 mg Tablets PRECAUTIONS

• Before taking afatinib, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or if you have any other allergies. This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems. Talk to your pharmacist for more details.
• Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: kidney problems, liver problems, eye disease (such as severe dry eyes, keratitis), use of contact lenses.
• This drug may cause blurred vision. Do not drive, use machinery, or do any activity that requires clear vision until you are sure you can perform such activities safely. Limit alcoholic beverages.
• This medication may make you more sensitive to the sun. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, tanning booths, and sunlamps. Use a sunscreen and wear protective clothing when outdoors.
• Before having surgery, tell your doctor or dentist about all the products you use (including prescription drugs, nonprescription drugs, and herbal products).
• This medication is not recommended for use during pregnancy. It may harm an unborn baby. It is important to prevent pregnancy while taking this medication and for at least 2 weeks after treatment. Therefore, females must use reliable forms of birth control (such as condoms, birth control pills) during treatment and for at least 2 weeks after the end of treatment. If you become pregnant or think you may be pregnant, tell your doctor right away.
• Since this drug can be absorbed through the skin and lungs and may harm an unborn baby, women who are pregnant or who may become pregnant should not handle this medication or breathe the dust from the tablets.
• It is unknown if this drug passes into breast milk. Because of the possible risk to the infant, breast-feeding while using this drug and for 2 weeks after stopping this drug is not recommended. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

About XTANE Exemestane 

XTANE is an anti-cancer hormone therapy. It is classified as an “aromatase inhibitor.” Exemestane 25 mg lowers estrogen levels in postmenopausal women, which may slow the growth of certain types of breast tumors that need estrogen to grow in the body.

MEDICINE USES :

Natco Exemestane is used to treat advanced breast cancer in postmenopausal women. Risk reduction for invasive breast cancer in postmenopausal women. It is often given to women whose cancer has progressed even after surgery, radiation, or other cancer medications have been tried without success.

EXEMESTANE SIDE EFFECTS :

hot flashes; headache, tired feeling; joint pain; nausea, increased appetite; sleep problems (insomnia); or increased sweating.

    new or unusual bone pain; swelling in your hands or feet; feeling short of breath, even with mild exertion; or
    chest pain, sudden numbness or weakness, sudden headache, confusion, problems with vision, speech, or balance.

IS ZEFOTIB TABLETS?

Zefotib Gefitinib is a type
of drug called a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI), also known as a cancer growth
inhibitor. Kinases are proteins in the body that regulate how the cells grow
and divide. Gefitinib blocks (inhibits) the protein from sending signals to the
cancer cells that make them grow and divide.

Zefotib 250mg tablet is a
type of drug called a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI), also known as a cancer
growth inhibitor. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that
signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps to stop or slow the spread of
cancer cells.

USES OF ZEFOTIB TABLETS:

Zefotib Gefitinib is used to
treat some people with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It only works for
cancers that have an abnormal form of a protein called epidermal growth factor
receptor (EGFR). Tests are done on the cancer cells from a lung biopsy or
previous surgery to check the level of EGFR. 

POSSIBLE
SIDE EFFECTS:

The drug
is contraindicated in patients who have suffered or are suffering from glaucoma, cardiac disorders, lungs or liver disorders or
renal malfunctioning. Take proper medical help in case you are pregnant,
planning a pregnancy any time soon or breastfeeding. You must also
inform the doctor of any other prescription drugs that you may be taking, such
as hormonal pills as oral contraceptives, or any dietary supplements as
Zefotib 250mg Tablet may interact with the other drugs and cause a number of
health complications.

COMMON SIDE EFFECTS MAY
INCLUDE:

The following is a list of side effects

Acne; diarrhea; dry skin;
loss of appetite; mouth ulcers; nausea; unusual weakness; vision problems;
vomiting; weight loss.

Seek medical attention right
away if any of these severe side effects occur:
Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching;
difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the eyelids, mouth,
face, lips, or tongue); cough; dark urine; dizziness; eye irritation or pain;
extreme fatigue; fever; persistent diarrhea; stomach pain; swelling of the
ankles or feet; yellowing of the skin or eyes.

DRUGS PRECAUTIONS:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration
as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break
it. Zefotib 250 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better
to take it at a fixed time.

Zefotib
250 mg Tablet is an anti-cancer medication. It works by blocking the action of

DRUGS INTERACTIONS:

Do not take antacids
(to reduce the acid level of your stomach) 2 hours before or 1 hour after
taking gefitinib.

Take the tablet at
about the same time each day.

Do not give gefitinib
to children.

Do not take gefitinib,
if you are allergic to gefitinib or similar medicines or to any of the other
ingredients.

Avoid using gefitinib,
if you are pregnant or are breast-feeding.

Avoid becoming
pregnant during treatment with gefitinib because it could harm your baby.

If you are taking a
medicine containing warfarin as an active substance, your doctor may need to do
blood tests more often.

You may feel weak
while taking this medicine is careful while driving or using tools or machines.
