    Pralsetinib comes as a capsule to take by mouth. It is usually taken once daily on an empty stomach, at least 2 hours before and at least 1 hour after a meal. Take pralsetinib at around the same time every day. Follow the directions on your prescription label carefully, and ask your doctor or pharmacist to explain any part you do not understand. Take pralsetinib exactly as directed. Do not take more or less of it or take it more often than prescribed by your doctor.

    If you vomit after taking pralsetinib, do not take another dose. Continue your regular dosing schedule.

    MEDICINE USES :

    Raloxifene is used for treating and
    preventing osteoporosis (bone thinning) in women who are past menopause.

    RALISTA RALOXIFENE TABLETS COMMON SIDE EFFECTS :

    Hot flashes; increased sweating; joint aches; leg cramps.

    Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur:
    Severe
    allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing;
    tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue);

    • Follow the diet and exercise program given to you by your health

    • Talk with your doctor about the use of weight-bearing exercises to help prevent weak bones.
    • Ralista should be stopped at least 72 hours before surgery or any
      time you will be confined to a bed or chair for a long period of time
      (eg, long car ride, long plane flight, bedrest, illness). Tell your
      doctor or dentist that you take this medicine before you receive any
      medical or dental care, emergency care, or surgery. Tell your doctor if
      you will be traveling, or any other time you may be confined to a bed or
      chair.
    • If you are traveling (eg, long car ride or plane ride), try to avoid
      sitting in one place for a long time. Be sure to get up and move around
      as often as possible to help avoid the risk of blood clots.
    • Ralista is not recommended for use in men.
    • Lab tests and medical exams, including bone density, breast exams,
      and mammograms, may be performed while you use Ralista. They may be used
      to monitor your condition or check for side effects. Be sure to keep
      all doctor and lab appointments.
    • Raloxifene should not be used in CHILDREN; safety and effectiveness in children have not been confirmed.
    • PREGNANCY and BREAST-FEEDING: Do not use Raloxifene if you are
      pregnant. It may cause harm to the fetus. Avoid becoming pregnant while
      you are taking it. If you think you may be pregnant, contact your doctor
      right away. It is not known if this medicine is found in breast milk.
      Do not breast-feed while taking this medicine.

    RAPACT

    RAPACT is an immunosuppressant. It works by blocking the action of certain blood cells in the immune system that may cause the body to reject the transplanted organ.

    MEDICINAL USES

    RAPACT is used with other medications (such as cyclosporine) to prevent rejection of a kidney transplant. Everolimus is also used with other medications (such as tacrolimus) to prevent rejection of a liver transplant.

    RAPACT COMMON SIDE EFFECTS :

    Constipation, headache, nausea, and sores in the mouth/throat may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.

    Tell your doctor right away if you have any serious side effects, including: swelling hands/ankles/feet, wound problems (such as infection, slow wound healing, opening of wound), decreased sexual ability (in men), chest pain/pressure, shortness of breath, unusual bruising/bleeding.

    Everolimus may cause your cholesterol/triglycerides or blood sugar to increase.

    Do not have
    immunizations/vaccinations without the consent of your doctor. Avoid contact
    with people who have recently received live vaccines (such as flu vaccine
    inhaled through the nose).

    Tell your doctor
    if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant. You should not become pregnant
    while using Pertuzumab. This medication may harm an unborn baby.

    ·        
    It is unknown if
    this medication passes into breast milk. Because of the possible risk to the
    infant, breast-feeding is not recommended while using this drug or for 7 months
    after the last dose. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.


    STORAGE OF RAPACT :

    Store at room temperature of 25°C (77°F); excursions permitted to 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F). Protect from light; protect from moisture.

    RAPACT INTERACTIONS :

    Some products that may interact with this drug include: other drugs that weaken the immune system/increase the risk of infection (such as natalizumab, rituximab), ACE inhibitors (such as captopril, lisinopril).

    Other medications can affect the removal of everolimus from your body, which may affect how everolimus works. Examples include :

        azole antifungals (such as itraconazole, ketoconazole),
        boceprevir,
        cobicistat,
        macrolide antibiotics (such as clarithromycin, erythromycin),
        HIV protease inhibitors (such as atazanavir, ritonavir),
        rifamycins (such as rifabutin, rifampin),
        St. John’s wort, telaprevir, telithromycin, among others.
