 目前，艾曲波帕已获全球100多个国家批准，用于慢性免疫（特发性）血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）患者血小板减少症的治疗，同时已获43个国家批准用于慢性丙型肝炎（CHC）患者血小板减少症的治疗，以便启动并维持以干扰素为基础的肝病标准疗法。

 与现有治疗血小板减少症药物比较，艾曲波帕是可以口服给药的治疗血小板减少症的药物，安全性高。

适应症:

用法与用量:

艾曲波帕的起始剂量是50 mg每天1次；对东方人患者或中度或严重肝功能不全患者，起始剂量为25 mg每天1次，空胃给药（餐前1小时或2小时）。

 艾曲波帕和其它药物、食物或多价阳离子（如，铁、钙、铝、镁、硒和锌）添加剂间允许间隔4小时。为减低出血风险调整每天剂量至达到和维持血小板计数≥50 X 109/L。每天剂量不要超过75 mg。

 服用两周，以两周为周期加量至最大剂量每天150mg。主要终点是血液反应，12周之后进行初次评估。如果16周之后没有观察到血液反应就停止治疗。

Twinaqt Tablet is a combination medication containing the active constituents Dolutegravir and Lamivudine. Dolutegravir/lamivudine, sold under the brand name Dovato, is a fixed-dose combination antiretroviral medication for the treatment of HIV/AIDS. HIV is a Human immunodeficiency virus that attacks and destroys the cells involved in the immune system; the body’s ability to fight against infections decreases and leads to death if untreated properly.

How does Indian Twinaqt Tablet work?

Twinaqt Tablet works by inhibiting the enzymes reverse transcriptase and integrase, thereby inhibiting the replication of viral particles in the body and treating the infection.

How to use Twinaqt 30 Tablet?

Take Twinaqt Tablet in dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablets with some water. It can be taken with or without food. Do not take antacids, multivitamins, or supplements containing magnesium, iron, or calcium during the six hours before you take Twinaqt Tablet, or for at least 2 hours after you take it. These medications can stop Twinaqt Tablet from being absorbed into the body and make it less effective.

Twinaqt 30 Tablet side effects:

Headache; Itching; Dizziness, drowsiness; Wind; Stomach pain or discomfort; Depression; Difficulty sleeping, abnormal dreams; Hair loss; Muscle pain, joint pain.

Dulotegravir 50mg and Lamivudine 300mg Tablets. This drug is prescribed for HIV/AIDS, and hepatitis b either alone or with other medication. It works by reducing the amount of hepatitis b virus in the body.

WHAT IS EMTRI-40?

Lamivudine belongs to a class of medication called nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors. It decreases the amount of virus (HIV and hepatitis) in the blood. It also increases the number of infection fighting cells in the body (CD4 cells. Stavudine belongs to a group of drugs called nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs). It works by inhibiting the multiplication of viruses thus decreasing their levels in the infected patient. Nevirapine belongs to a class of anti-HIV medicines called non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTIs).

Emtri-40 MEDICINE USES :

Lamivudine indicated as part of antiretroviral combination therapy for the treatment of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infected adults and children and also used in the treatment of Hepatitis B virus infection. Stavudine is used in combination with other anti-viral drugs in the treatment of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection. Nevarapine is used to treat and control Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV-1) infection for adults, adolescents, and children of any age. It must be used along with other HIV medicines.

LAMIVUDINE/STAVUDINE/NEVIRAPINE COMMON SIDE EFFECTS :

diarrhea; cold symptoms such as stuffy nose, sneezing, sore throat; or abnormal liver function tests.

Some people develop lactic acidosis while taking Lamivudine/Stavudine/ Nevirapine. Early symptoms may get worse over time and this condition can be fatal. Get emergency medical help if you have even mild symptoms such as:

muscle pain or weakness; numb or cold feeling in your arms and legs; trouble breathing; feeling dizzy, light-headed, tired, or very weak;
stomach pain, nausea with vomiting; or fast or uneven heart rate.

Call your doctor at once if you have:

pancreas problems–severe pain in your upper stomach spreading to your back, nausea and vomiting, fast heart rate; or
liver problems–nausea, upper stomach pain, itching, tired feeling, loss of appetite, dark urine, clay-colored stools, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes);

SAFETY INFORMATION (Precautions) for EMTRI-40 LAMIVUDINE/STAVUDINE/NEVIRAPINE TABLETS :

Before using this drug, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert. Dosage is based on your condition. Tell your doctor if your condition persists or worsens. Important counseling points are listed below.

Avoid pregnancy
Discontinue use if a rapid increase in aminotransferase levels, progressive hepatomegaly, or metabolic or lactic acidosis of unknown origin

Do not start using Nevirapine if you are allergic to it

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding

Do not use if you develop skin rash, blistering, mouth sores, swelling of the face, shortness of breath, muscle or joint pain or general feelings of illness
Have diabetes and renal impairment
