Lizolid 600 mg Tablets

WHAT IS LIZOLID TABLETS?

Lizolid 600 MG Tablet is an antibiotic which is used to treat infections in the lungs, skin, and blood.

USES OF LIZOLID TABLETS:

Lizolid Tablet is used for Skin infections, Infections of the skin, Bacterial infection, Respiratory tract infections, Skin infection, Infections of the respiratory tract, Community acquired pneumonia, Bacterial infections, Nosocomial pneumonia, Infections that are resistant to other antibiotics and other conditions. Lizolid Tablet may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Lizolid Tablet contains Linezolid as an active ingredient.

Lizolid Tablet works by stopping the growth of bacteria that cause infections.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS:

The most commonly reported side-effects of Lizolid Tablet are fatigue, kidney failure, indigestion, nausea, headache, and abdominal pain.
Lizolid 600 MG Tablet are headache, diarrhea, skin rash, nausea and vomiting. Certain severe reactions may range from anemia, to fungal infection, irregular or rapid heartbeat, cough, fatigue, difficulty in breathing, clouded thoughts, fever. 

COMMON SIDE EFFECTS MAY INCLUDE:

Lizolid 600 MG Tablet may cause some unwanted effects too. In such cases, you must seek medical attention immediately. This is not an exhaustive list of side effects.

Increased bilirubin levels,Low blood levels of white or red blood cells,Increased thirst,Diarrhea,Skin allergies,Dizziness,Fever,High blood pressure,Swelling,Oral or vaginal candida infections,Anemia,Inflammation of pancreas,Stomach,Vaginal infection,Loose stools
Tinnitus.

Before using Lizolid Tablet, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert.
