How does Kelfer work?

Kelfer is a chelating agent. It binds to excess iron in body, promoting its removal from the body and preventing iron toxicity.

Kelfer Side Effects:

Headache, Fatigue, Nausea, Vomiting, Abdominal pain, Joint pain, Diarrhoea.

Kelfer Capsule Dosage:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Kelfer 500mg Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
